Article Submission: Articles should be submitted to chamber@elcchamber.com with COMMUNICATOR in
the subject line. Electronic submissions save everyone time! We will edit for length and content when
necessary. Please help us by using proper grammar and punctuation . . . if we have to re-type the article
mistakes may creep in.
Advertisement Submission: Advertising rates are published separately. Advertising should be submitted
to chamber@elcchamber.com with COMMUNICATOR in the subject line. Ads should be in pdf or jpg
format. We reserve the right to make slight size adjustments if necessary. We will help you prepare your
ad if you need assistance but this will change the deadline for submission.
Insert Submission: Inserts may be color or B/W, printed on one or both sides of 8 ½ X 11” paper (please
do not use card stock as it is difficult to fold). Provide at least 250 copies. We are happy to distribute
extra copies or to adviseyou when they are ready for you to pick up. New East Lake County Chamber
members may make one free insert during the first three months of their membership. Thereafter, they
will be charged standard insert rates. We are happy to insert items for not-for-profit groups and other
Chambers of Commerce as space allows. Insertion rate is $100 ($50 for ELCCC members).
